Mango Mousse Without Gelatin – Ghar Pe Banao Creamy Summer Dessert

🛒 Ingredients (3–4 servings ke liye):
1 cup mango pulp (fresh ya canned dono chalega)
½ cup full-fat milk (room temp ya thanda)
½ cup fresh cream (Amul fresh cream ya whipping cream)
2 tbsp powdered sugar (apne taste ke hisaab se)
Chopped mango (garnish ke liye)

1. Mango Pulp Ready Karo
Agar fresh mango use kar rahe ho toh peel karo, chop karo aur blender mein smooth pulp bana lo.
Canned mango pulp bhi use kar sakte ho – taste adjust kar lena kyunki wo thoda sweet hota hai.
2. Cream Whip Karo
Ek chilled bowl mein cream aur sugar daal ke whisk karo – hand whisk ya electric beater dono chalega.
Soft peaks tak beat karo – zyada nahi, bas fluffy ho jaye.
3. Mix Mango Aur Milk
Ab mango pulp ko gradually whipped cream mein fold karo – halki haath se mix karo taaki mousse light rahe.
Phir milk daalo aur fir se gently mix karo.
Mixture smooth aur creamy hona chahiye – na zyada thick, na watery.
4. Set Hone Do
Ready mixture ko serving glasses ya dessert cups mein daal do.
Fridge mein kam se kam 3–4 ghante set hone ke liye rakh do.
5. Garnish & Serve
Serve karne se pehle upar se chopped mango, mint leaves ya thoda dry fruit daal do.
