Banana Shake Recipe – Energy Booster
Aaj hum bana rahe hain ek twist wala banana shake — jismein hai roasted chana ki goodness!
Yeh shake sirf tasty hi nahi, balki protein-rich bhi hai – bilkul perfect hai subah ka breakfast, after-school snack, ya tiffin time drink ke liye.
Banana aur milk toh classic combo hai hi – lekin jab usme thoda bhuna chana add karte ho, toh taste aur nutrition dono level up ho jaata hai!
Ingredients (2 glasses ke liye):
1 ripe banana (pakka hua, medium size)
2 tbsp roasted chana (bhuna hua chana, husk removed)
1½ cups chilled milk
1½ tbsp sugar (apne taste ke hisaab se)
3–4 ice cubes (optional)
Chhoti si grocery list, lekin bada taste aur health ka combo!

👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Chana Prep Karo:
Roasted chana ko agar possible ho toh thoda soak karke 5–10 mins rakh do, ya seedha blender mein daal do agar blender strong hai. Husk (chilka) hata sakte ho for smooth texture.
2️⃣ Banana Slice Karo:
Banana ko peel karke chhote pieces mein cut karo – taaki easily blend ho jaye.
3️⃣ Sab Kuch Blend Karo:
Blender mein daalo:
Roasted chana
Banana slices
Milk
Sugar
Ice cubes (agar use kar rahe ho)
Ab 30–40 seconds tak blend karo till shake thick aur smooth ho jaaye.
4️⃣ Serve Karo Tazza!
Shake ko glass mein pour karo. Upar se thoda roasted chana crush karke garnish bhi kar sakte ho. Serve karo turant!

Extra creaminess ke liye thoda dahi ya curd add kar sakte ho
