CHANA NARIYAL CHUTNEY RECIPE
Aaj hum bana rahe hain ek chutney jo hai thodi hatke, thodi health wali, aur full-on tasty β Chana Chutney! π
Yeh chutney sirf idli-dosa ke saath hi nahi, balki roti, paratha, sandwich ya tiffin snack ke saath bhi kamaal karti hai. Aur sabse badi baat? Protein-packed hai! πͺ
Toh agar aap boring chutney se thak chuke ho, ya ek healthy spread dhoond rahe ho, toh yeh chana chutney aapke kitchen mein regular ban sakti hai.
Chalo, banate hain yeh 5-minute wali chutney jo hai quick bhi, smart bhi!

Ingredients (Samagri):
1) Roasted chana dal (bhuna chana/phutani dal) β Β½ cup
2) Nariyal (grated coconut) β Β½ cup (fresh ya desiccated, dono chalega)
3) Lahsun (garlic cloves) β 3-4
4) Hari mirch (green chilli) β 2-4 (apne taste ke hisaab se kam ya zyada kar sakte hain)
5) Namak (salt) β swad anusar
6) Hing (asafoetida) β 1 chhota pinch
7) Pani (water) β zarurat ke hisaab se
Optional Tadka (Extra Flavour ke liye):
1) Tel (oil) β 1 tsp
2) Rai (mustard seeds) β Β½ tsp
3) Kadi patta (curry leaves)Β 6-8Β Β Β Β
4)Red chilli pieces
INSTRUCTIONS:-
Step1 Tayari:
Sabse pehle, agar aap fresh nariyal use kar rahe hain toh usse grate kar lein. Desiccated coconut bhi use kar sakte hain.
Roasted chana dal market mein asaani se mil jaata hai, jise hum phutani dal bhi kehte hain.
Step2 Blending:
Mixer jar mein roasted chana dal, grated coconut, lahsun ki kaliyan, hari mirch, namak aur hing daal dein.
Ab thoda sa pani daal kar sabko achhi tarah se grind kar lein. Aapko ek smooth aur thick paste banana hai. Pani aap dheere-dheere daalein, taki chutney zyada patli na ho jaaye.
Taste check karen, agar namak ya mirch kam lage toh aur daal sakte hain.
Step3 Tadka (Optional):
Ek chhoti kadhai mein thoda sa tel garam karein. Usme rai daalein, jab woh chidakne lage toh curry leaves daal dein aur ek pinch hing bhi daal dein.
Ye tadka chutney par daal dein. Isse chutney ka flavour aur bhi enhance ho jaata hai.
Serve Karna:
Chutney ko ek serving bowl mein nikaalein. Idli, dosa, vada, upma ya kisi bhi snacks ke saath serve karein.
Ye chutney fridge mein 2 din tak fresh rahegi.
Tips:
Agar aapko chutney zyada creamy chahiye toh coconut thoda zyada daal sakte hain.
Hing ka flavour strong hota hai, isliye sirf ek chhota pinch hi daalein.
Is chutney mein pyaaz bhi daal sakte hain, lekin basic version bina pyaaz ke hi tasty lagta hai.
Agar chutney zyada thick ho jaaye toh thoda aur pani daal kar consistency adjust kar lein.
